About this role:
You will be the bridge between the technology and business functions and will create and drive product roadmaps.
The role doesn't require you to be technically hands on but you will have a strong data background knowledge and a good exposure to analytics and insights (5+ years).
You would be responsible for:
- Understanding business strategy and creating a data roadmap
- Driving data roadmap in alignment business and technology teams
- Orchestrating delivery of data roadmap using agile principles
- Working closely with data engineers and data scientists on a daily basis
- Finding opportunities and synergies for data re-usability and modularity
- Critical data analysis to drive insights and alignment with expected outcomes
- Effective communication weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews
- Managing expectations with leadership teams through strong program management
The skills you should possess:
- Deep understanding of big data, cloud technologies, advanced analytics and machine learning
- Great problem-solving and tech product management skills
- Ability to convert data into insights that can be understood across all levels in the organization
- Ability to orchestrate data insights and drive business process improvements
- Measure value realization of the data deliveries
- Strong senior stakeholder management skills
- Excellent articulation and strong storytelling connecting business strategy and data vision
- Great collaboration and ability to influence without authority
